The VOIP and After Hours project is managed by the Boyup
Brook Telecentre. The project is designed to assist in the
development and delivery of basic internet telephony based training
into non-vocational lifestyle courses in the Southern region. in
Delivering this following tasks will be undertaken:
Power point presentation and support material provided by Boyup
Brook Telecentre.
IT component will be comprised of a short internet telephony
basics component, shown how to download SKYPE and make internet
calls between SKYPE to SKYPE users.
Information will be collated from various surveys. the feedback
surveys will seek information related to general course content,
tutor performance and in particular the usefulness/benefits that
the participants gained from the IT componet of the course.
A final report collating the above information along with
recommendations rom each participating centre will be completed and
sent to the Boyup Brook Telecentre.
